Jasperactive Technical Support offers assistance to all Jasperactive users (students, teachers, IT Admin).

GMetrix Technical Support

GMetrix Technical Support can assist with any questions regarding software and course-related questions. A variety of technical articles that may answer some of your questions can be found on their support page.

Certiport Technical Support

Certiport is a global organization and has several branches of support. These two links will bring you to the support webpages for Certiport Authorized Testing Centers (CATC), which your organization is now a part of. 

Technical Support provides assistance with all software issues with Compass and the Certiport website.
Certiport’s Customer Service provides assistance with account information.

Tip:
 Fill out the form when submitting a request and if you have difficulty within the program or a course, take a screenshot and upload that to your ticket. This will help the team understand exactly where you are in the course.
