Resetting a Student’s Password

1. Log into your Jasperactive account
2. Switch your role to Teacher
3. Click on the Group’s Manager button
4. Scroll down to find the class the student is in
5. Click on the pencil to edit that class
6. Click on the Group Students tab
7. Find the student in the table.
8. Scroll across the row to the right-hand side and click on the key icon
9. The user window will pop up. You can choose an option: Generate a password or Manually enter the password
10. Lastly, click Save/

The student’s password has now been changed. The student can go back to the log-in page and try logging in.
